Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms,” “Terms of Use” or “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the eyecareonthemove.com website (the “Service”) operated by Eyecare on the Move (“us,” “we” or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services of Eyecare on the Move. By scheduling an appointment or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Services Provided

We provide basic eye care services through our mobile eye clinic, including:

  • Routine eye exams
  • Vision testing
  • Screening for common eye diseases such as glaucoma and macular degeneration
  • Updating or renewing existing contact lens prescriptions for current wearers

Note: We do not manage or treat diagnosed eye diseases or conditions. If an eye disease or condition is detected, you will be referred to a local optometrist or ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment. Our services are not a substitute for comprehensive eye health evaluations.

Scope of Practice

Our mobile eye exams are intended for basic screenings and prescription updates only. We do not handle eye emergencies. For sudden vision loss, flashes, floaters or eye injuries, please seek immediate medical attention at an emergency room or contact your local eye doctor.

Service Area

We provide mobile eye care services within a 50-mile radius of Sandpoint, Idaho, with a focus on serving individuals and groups who are unable to visit traditional eye clinics.

Pricing & Payment

Service prices are listed on our website and will be provided upfront before scheduling any appointments. Our services are available on a private-pay basis only. We do not accept vision insurance plans. Payment is due in full at the time of service. Accepted payment methods are credit/debit cards (via the website), cash and checks made payable to “Eyecare on the Move.”

Charitable Giving

For every ten (10) eye exams provided at regular price, we will donate one (1) free eye exam to an individual in need within our service area. We may also provide donated frames to eligible patients in need of basic prescription eyeglasses, subject to availability.

Contact Lens Prescriptions

If you are an existing contact lens wearer, we can update or renew your prescription and check for any contact-related eye health issues. New contact lens fittings and initial prescriptions require an in-person appointment with an optometrist or ophthalmologist.

Privacy

We value your privacy and will handle all personal and medical information with strict confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.

Eyecare on the Move reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

By scheduling an appointment or receiving services from Eyecare on the Move, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
